Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery, as required by local laws. PAPANCA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to pay import duties, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Return Policy
We hope you love your PAPANCA purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns are eligible for a refund or exchange (excluding original shipping fees if a free shipping discount was applied).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately no. The customer is in charge of shipping fees to return the order.
